Your company has a certain amount of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) that helps you see how your company is doing. Normally you see these KPIs in Excel reports, presented by your staff, as numbers in your CRM system or in your business system.
With Nuggets (our name of BAM, Business Activity Monitoring) your company can gather all the KPIs at one place, update them in real-time and present them to the staff in an accessible manner.
The company receives an overall picture of how it is doing and can act accordingly. You will not have to wait for the next meeting or report any longer. The technique we’re offering is sometimes called Digital Dashboard, which means a “panel” with pointers and med indicators.
How does it work?
You decide what KPIs are interesting for your business. Through Nuggets we will collect, process and compile information from LIME Easy. The activities that can be measured is:
- Sales talk
- Customer visits
- Sent quotes
- Incoming prospects
- Made phone calls
The colored lights indicate how the company and its employees are doing in relation to their targets. Every “traffic light” can be clicked to show more levels and break the numbers to a level of detail.
In Nuggets you can find an administration tool where activities, authorizations, goals and measures can be administrated.
