A CRM-system doesn’t stand alone. You create documents with Microsoft Office software, invoices within your economy system and buy addresses from some address supplier.
It is therefore important that your system is open and that connections exist to commonly occurring suppliers of business systems.
The economy system should co-exist with your CRM-system
There are several connections that you want linked to your economy system. You want to be able to see financial key figures on your customers and you want to be able to add a new customer without leaving LIME Easy. This is possible thanks to ODBC fields and our economy system connections.
Through the connection to the economy system you also avoid double work. You can send a contact from LIME Easy into the economy system where the contact will appear as a customer.
Buy addresses?
It is common to buy addresses for a specific target group. Maybe it’s for a campaign or an invitation. In that case, your CRM system needs to be able to import them in a simple manner.
LIME Easy has a direct connection to PAR, supplying you with company information. If you currently have another supplier you can import the information through our import function.
If you want to send addresses to an external company, e.g. for mailings or labeling, you can use our export function.
Send E-mail
A growing proportion of companies’ correspondence is carried out by e-mail today. It is therefore important to manage this area smoothly.
In LIME Easy you can store e-mail simply by drag-and-drop from Outlook to the company in question.
An e-mail address is shown connected to a link, and once you click on it, a new e-mail is created with the address already in place.

From the homepage and directly into the CRM-system!
Do you have a homepage with information about your company? Can you sign up for more information about your products and services on your homepage?
