We offer a number of different courses. And what most of them have in common is the fact that they can be customised to suit your own company’s requirements. Even for simpler projects, we can offer training that’s suited to your own specific configuration and field setup.
Product training courses
Depending on the complexity of your solution and the product you’ve selected, we offer training courses lasting from half a day to 3 days. We also hold regular training courses at various locations in Sweden for new staff, users who need a bit of a refresher course or users who’d love to know more about our products. This makes it cheaper for you to send small numbers of staff on specific courses.
Sales training
We offer a number of inexpensive sales training courses which deal with both sales in general and sales using our products. Grab the opportunity to enhance your sales corps while also commissioning your CRM system, or why not encourage a lease of new life prior to some major event or other! Get yourself Superusers!
Besides offering pure user training, we also offer specialist courses for Superusers. These people should be real enthusiasts, the people in your company who find it easiest to take on board new technology. Enhancing their skills will allow them later on to act as in-house movers and shakers, and as sources of knowledge (a role which they already perform, in many cases). This is a working method that we have some really good experiences of.
Advanced technical training
We also train administrators and developers who want to advance their knowledge of the technology. Having an in-house resource who can customise, write macros, build reports and who has a more in-depth understanding of the products could save you a some money…
